A perfect place where to enjoy your time

Casa VerdeMare was born from an idea of Arianna and Mauro to set up a holiday home that evokes a sense of calm, a sunny and maritime place where you can take refuge for a break, a more or less long refreshment in all seasons. Naturally, Summertime reigns supreme but- as we know - "Il mare d’inverno"* can be fascinating, too. And then Autumn in Rome, with its golden light and ocher, red and brown dominating but also Springtime with its mild days that warm us from the cold past months towards a new hot, well-being period to be experienced in open air enjoying the sea, the pine forest of Ostia and the art by which we are surrounded. (* Il mare d’inverno is a famous Italian song performed by singer Loredana Bertè in 1983, which celebrates the beauty and mystery of exploring seaside places during Wintertime)

A small cozy apartment fully equipped in order to give our guests the most warming and friendly welcome we can.

Who is Casa VerdeMare suitable for?

A single person, a couple, parents with 1 child/teen (or alternatively a single parent with two children), as the ideal maximum occupancy is 3 people

WHAT ABOUT OUR BELOVED PETS?

Il grande amore per gli animali, naturalmente, li include come ospiti e riteniamo congruo ospitarli gratuitamente per poter permettere a chi vive, come noi, con dei pets, di poterli portare con sé in viaggio, senza alcuna preoccupazione. Durante la stagione estiva si può fruire di alcune spiagge dedicate e -per chi lo desidera e secondo un calendario prestabilito- diamo la possibilità di effettuare passeggiate di gruppo canine nei dintorni (anche ad Ostia Antica) o attività individuali da praticare con il proprio “pelosone” seguiti da un’educatrice cinofila certificata.
