• Ajò n#2 to the super energetic, explosive, active Sardinian family, DAJE (that’s a Roman expression to mean come on). To Michela my personal wish to have all the best in her life.
• Another family which is very close one another, curious and happy to travel: thank you to Olena for her kindness, to Oleg for his being so gentle, to Maria for her grace. To all the family for having started the New Year by visiting us
• Energy, such as nobility of soul are gifts that somebody can't just obtain, they are innate. Some special people are so gifted to naturally share it with their neighbours: that's the case of Laura and Emiliano, whose presence in Casa VerdeMare, arrived for two years in a row as a balm of regard and positivity. I'm a really lucky person 🥰​
• Can you imagine a soft and enveloping cloud, full of Light, being at the same time solid and extremely friendly, in a word... PHOTONIC? Here we are, landed in Casa VerdeMare: Arthur, Eniko and sweet Vivien, simply m e r a v i g l i o s i!!!
• I do believe in young people: in their enthusiasm, in their endurance in reaching their own goals despite some obstacles, till they succeed. I am very happy to have hosted Greta and Vanessa while they were achieving a main target in their careers. Beautiful and talented girls, bravissime!
• Who says people from cold countries are “cold” hasn't met some of the sweetest, most pleasant and funniest guests I've ever had! Guelena and Boris, from the maple leaves to Ostia, a wonderful couple, a great culture, two superb organized travellers! And then she, the amazing Mirva, who galvanized me with the most subtle and hilarious humor one can imagine. In both cases, all three perfect Romans at the end of their stay!And...as regards Mirva, it was wonderful to hug her again in her city in 2025!
• Sarah, having you as a guest touched me deeply. A cathartic experience, as you rightly observed. Sliding doors exist and Casa VerdeMare catalyzed them for each of us. You will always be welcome in Rome but you already live permanently in my heart and memories.
• Sliding doors 2: a super Mom, two incredible eyes of the colour of the sea, crazy funny, a romana de'Roma ( in Roman dialect means that you are Roman 100%) in few days! Sabrina, I hope you had really recharged your batteries during your stay in order to face properly this great adventure called Life. Thank you for having shared with me some of your laughs, ideas, book pages and a delicious glass of wine :)
• With guilty delay, but I have never forgotten you in all these months, I would really like to thank my top/gold/super/hyper fantastic guests of Summer 2024. Here we go:
  • Michaela and Vlasta, mother and daughter of a heartbreaking sweetness. A hug between mothers that I won't forget, dear Vlasta, when I saw you leaving Rome relieved after this vacation next to a loving and present daughter 🌼​
  • Gita and Maris, two very beautiful and cool people with irresistible curiosoity and friendliness 😎​
  • Barbara, Alain and Madalon: a family with overwhelming charm, three expert and enthusiastic travellers. Needless to say... Romani fino ar midollo when they left! ( Ar midollo means to be thouroughlly, completely Roman in our dialect)
  • Stefano and Michela: anytime I take care about the little plant you gave me and which stays on the balcony, I am thinking of you. It has been growing lush after spending Autumn and Winter there; now, on the threshold of Spring, our most powerful good luck for the results you have been waiting for for so long.
• To Giovanni, one of my guests at the beginning of this 2025: a very high-minded, very polite Lord to whom I wish everything he has set for himself, in the best possible way.
• Between Spring and early Summer 2025, I'd like to thank, from the bottom of my heart, four couples of women who stayed at Casa VerdeMare: mother and daughter, friends, athletes, aunt and niece... different languages, different countries and yet all of you united by a sense of "sisterhood", by a courtesy, a sweetness and by having "felt" what Casa Verdemare is. My most sincere gratitude goes to: Agnieszka and Joanna, Magdalena and Nicole, Micaela and Maè and - last but not least- Selma and Sabine. My appreciation is only secondarily as a host, primarily as a woman, very happy to have met such special people in their simplicity.
• And then, the heart of summer arrived. Marzia and Maja, two wonderful, ironic and amazing people who taught me the first rudiments (which I will never forget 🤣​) of a new language and genuine laughs at the airport. And above all, they showed me how wonderful it is to be reunited with loved ones.
• To Christina, a woman with rhythm in her blood, a big heart and great love for 🐱, my huge hug and greetings for having stayed in my home with incomparable care and affection. I hope one day to taste one of your gourmet recipes!
• Andie, W O W! A "colleague" from the other side of the world! Terrestrial, cosmic and VERDE 💚 connections à gogo. As you wrote, I'll come visit you sooner or later!
• Eduard and Valentyna, the latest magic guests to land at VerdeMare: how polite, kind, and gracious you are in your gestures and words. I admire you.
• and to all the other guests who stayed briefly or longer at Casa VerdeMare: a sincere thank you from the bottom of my heart for having had the opportunity to meet and welcome you. I hope I have made you feel "at home" and among friends and I am happy to (have) be(en) your host.
• SPECIAL MENTION: everything you see at and in Casa VerdeMare is possible thanks to the help of a great woman, a person who keeps intact some special values ​​such as esteem, humbleness, a sense of honor and dedication to work. Thank you Thalassa, for all the support: sometimes "help from Heaven" materializes in active help, and there you are, for me.
